Given the frequent immediate nature of law enforcement language services, our systems, processes, and operational team have been structured to ensure 24/7/365 support to deploy an interpreter to site or connect you to the most appropriate remote interpreting service, in the quickest possible timeframe.

With over 10 years’ experience of delivering language service to various UK Police forces, we have built up a large panel of specialist linguists who are qualified, experienced, and trained on the requirements of PACE, Safeguarding and Confidentiality. All law enforcement linguists are tested and vetted, including Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 3 with or without Security Clearance (SC), via the Warwickshire and West Mercia Police National Contractor Vetting Unit. Via our specialist third party vetting partners, alternative security clearances can also be arranged. All linguists used to deliver services to UK Police forces are Police Approved Interpreters and Translators Scheme (PAIT) compliant.

We have developed systems and processes to support the delivery of video interpreting to Police forces where it is appropriate to use, facilitating access to a greater pool of resources, whilst enabling the interpreter and the case officer to work together in our SmartMATE Vault secure online environment to produce written witness statements remotely, for signature by the witness once finalised.

ISO and Cyber Essential accreditations ensure we are practicing good data security and handling personal information correctly.
