Fully vetted (with an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (EDBS) clearance as a minimum), tested, and approved linguists holding relevant qualifications and / or experience deliver interpreting and translation services to local government organisations, ensuring they are prepared for the nature of the services they will be supporting, having been trained on how to identify and report any Safeguarding concerns appropriately.
We are committed to delivering social value. We recruit local linguists to deliver services in their local communities (where appropriate), and work with local organisations to identify and deliver value adding initiatives for example, educational sessions on careers in the language services industry for multilingual members of the community. Reducing our carbon footprint by embracing technology to deliver language services is also a priority.
